About the Role

As a Pharmacy Technician, you’ll report directly to the Pharmacist in Charge and play a vital role in day-to-day pharmacy operations. From processing prescriptions to supporting patient care, you’ll help us deliver healthcare that’s personal, efficient, and fanatically focused on the patient experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately fill and process prescriptions using pharmacy software
  • Deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service in person and over the phone
  • Resolve insurance rejections and handle prior authorizations with minimal supervision
  • Assist with Point of Sale transactions and ensure workflow accuracy
  • Maintain inventory, track orders, and manage expired medications
  • Support compliance packaging and ensure prescriptions are ready quickly and correctly
  • Promote additional products and services that support patient wellness
  • Uphold all state and federal regulations in prescription processing and billing
  • Promote a culture of well-care by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment across all pharmacy facilities, encouraging teamwork and shared responsibility

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Certified or Licensed preferred, but not required
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, pharmacy software)
  • Excellent memory for names and faces
  • Customer-first mindset with enthusiasm, attention to detail, and professionalism
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
