Job DetailsJob Location: Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $120,000.00 - $190,000.00 Salary/yearPosition title: Financial Systems Analyst II - Program Location: Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD Clearance required: TS/SCI   Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Perform technical program management activities to support planning, coordination, and oversight of program efforts. Assist with program budgeting, including cost estimating, funding analysis, and monitoring budget execution. Support program scheduling, ensuring alignment between financial plans, milestones, and resource needs. Conduct trade-off analysis to evaluate cost, schedule, and performance impacts of program decisions. Perform lifecycle costing to assess total program cost from initiation through sustainment. Support risk management by identifying risks, evaluating impacts, and tracking mitigation strategies. Assess program supportability, including maintainability, logistics planning, and long-term sustainment needs. Assist with Test & Evaluation planning, data analysis, and documentation. Contribute to requirements development, ensuring financial and programmatic considerations are incorporated into program objectives. Prepare reports, briefings, and documentation for leadership and stakeholders. Maintain program data accuracy within financial and management systems. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. Presentation and briefing skills Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing government technical acquisition programs, or military experience E4 and up.
