The Opportunity:
The Property Manager is responsible for the storage and accountability of government assets. This role requires a strong understanding of inventory management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and GCSS-ARMY.The Property Manager will develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Will manage sensitive/classified item inventory to ensure compliance with the GFE Turn-in process



Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the storage and accountability of 5,200 government assets.R
  • Utilizes ASTS and is familiar with similar inventory management software.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of the GFE Turn-in process.
  • Strong GCSS-ARMY knowledge.
  • Develops, maintains, and collaborates on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Manages sensitive/classified item inventory.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics,  Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Certification in inventory management or other related certifications is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent sitting, standing, and bending.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
