We are seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to join RSC2! 


RSC2 is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Integrated Master Scheduler to support our work with Program Manager Sensor-Aerial Intelligence (PM SAI) at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), MD. This position plays a critical role in developing, maintaining, and analyzing complex program schedules to ensure effective coordination and execution across multiple engineering, acquisition, and operational efforts.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in support of PM SAI’s program planning and execution.
  • Work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, logisticians, and other stakeholders to gather input and update schedule status across functional areas.
  • Utilize Microsoft Project to build and manage detailed project timelines, including dependencies, milestones, critical paths, and resource allocations.
  • Identify schedule risks and opportunities, support mitigation planning and resolution strategies.
  • Generate regular schedule status reports, forecasts, and presentations for government and contractor leadership.
  • Ensure schedule integration across internal government IPTs and external partners or vendors to support overarching acquisition timelines.
  • Support Earned Value Management (EVM) practices and reporting, where applicable.
  • Assist in aligning scheduling efforts with Department of Defense acquisition processes, lifecycle phases, and milestone reviews.

Requirements

  • Active Secret Security Clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field and 5+ years of relevant experience, OR
  • Master’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project (2016 or later), including use of baselines, critical path analysis, and reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules for large, complex programs.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting U.S. Army acquisition programs, ideally within PEO IEW&S or PM SAI.
  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and DoD acquisition lifecycle phases (e.g., Milestone A/B/C).
  • Exposure to scheduling tools and integration with tools such as Primavera, Power BI, or MS Excel dashboards.
  • Experience working in a DoD or government contractor environment.

Salary at RSC2 is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,000 – $153,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical total compensation range for this position.
