Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Support RTI senior leadership reviews, assisting with coordination, formulation, evaluation, and refinement of briefings. Integrate financial, operational, and portfolio data to inform leadership decisions. Support alignment of RTI technologies to Army modernization priorities. Provide analytical guidance across the program-analysis team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field (E2 Analyst, Management II). Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis (E2 Analyst, Management II). Active Secret clearance. Demonstrated lead analytical experience integrating multiple data sources for executive decision-making. Significant experience supporting Department of War / Army programs or operations (E2 ANM II; equivalent to the Navy-program language in the E2 catalog for this Army requirement). Desired Qualifications: Prior DEVCOM C5ISR or ACC-APG support. Advanced degree in a business or technical field.
