Job DetailsJob Location: Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $150,000.00 - $190,000.00 Salary/yearPosition title: Operations Research Analyst SME Location: Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD Clearance required: Active Secret clearance required, with eligibility to upgrade to TS / SCI.   Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Manage a single system acquisition program / project or major functional area, responsibilities to include: Establishing objectives and requirements. Developing budgets. Developing program / project standards and schedules. Monitoring outside resources. Coordinating, reviewing, and supervising work of assigned staff. Reviewing / overseeing preparation of all related documentation. Conducting program reviews, meetings, etc. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred. High school diploma / GED + 10 years relevant experience OR Military experience E6 and up.  Able to work independently under general guidelines or objectives. Possess advanced technical and managerial skills; fully knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of a program or functional area. Applicable functional areas include: Systems engineering Network engineering Acquisition management Business process reengineering Specialty engineering (e.g., communications, systems safety, quality assurance, test and evaluation, human factors, reliability and maintainability, systems security, etc.) Organizational planning Financial management Acquisition logistics Configuration and data information systems Support or program management. Fully knowledgeable of all aspects of the program or programs under management.
