Job DetailsJob Location: Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 SalaryPosition title: Operations Support, Management Analyst Location: Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD Clearance required: SECRET Scope: Provide operations and management analysis for the RTI Business & Operations Group, including records management, export control, international activities, and process improvement.   Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Support the organization's Records Management Program, including record inventories and standardized file plans. Support export control policy development and recommendations on technology exportability. Support international visits, meetings, and agreements, including drafting and staffing international agreements. Support onboarding, awards packages, outreach, and SharePoint/records administration. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or technical field (E2 Analyst, Management I). Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis (E2 Analyst, Management I). Active Secret clearance. Demonstrated operations, records, or management-analysis experience in a government environment. 5 years of protocol experience for senior military/civilian leadership support where applicable.   Desired Qualifications: Experience with DoD records management, export control, or international agreements. Prior DEVCOM C5ISR or ACC-APG support.
