Position Overview: We are seeking a Program Support Specialist to work with the Joint Technical Coordinating Group for Munitions Effectiveness (JTCG/ME) Program Office supporting Joint Munitions Effectiveness Manual (JMEM) products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Program Office by maintaining management materials, to include schedules and briefings associated with subordinate functional area tasks, deliverables, and strategic planning utilizing Microsoft tools.
  • Provide liaison support to external technical teams and attend meetings on behalf of the PMO.
  • Provide support for meetings by preparing briefings, taking meeting notes, and support product demonstrations.
  • Assist in developing and delivering status reports, highlighting the progress of efforts being undertaken.
  • Manage requirements and documents that will be accessible by the Program Office.
  • Coordinate receiving feedback from various stakeholders through, emails, phone discussions, in person meetings, etc.

Qualifications/Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Program Management, Information Systems or Engineering, and 5 years of relevant experience OR
  • In lieu of degree, 8 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET Security Clearance
  • Must be able to work independently, be detail oriented and organized
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, among a variety of audiences
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of software, with specific experience in effective use of Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint and Project
  • Experience working with military systems and databases.
