RSC2 is looking for an Executive Systems Engineer to join our growing team in Aberdeen to support the SAI contract!


 Responsibilities: 

  • Develop, implement, and document systems engineering, integration, and readiness processes and procedures for PD SAI systems. 
  • Participate and assist in the coordination of the systems engineering integrated product team and other technical forums at the PD SAI and subordinate agency level. 
  • Coordinate with program, project and product management offices to assess the efficacy of the engineering and integration processes.
  • Independently evaluates, selects and applies standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria, and makes minor adaptations and modifications.  
  • Provides independent and professional support on portions of complex projects.  
  • Review, advise, prepare and provide comments to documents including: Logistics Support Analyses plans, technical documentation, reliability and maintainability document, MANPRINT, training manuals, provisioning documents, and database management systems.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret clearance level.
  • Master’s degree in engineering or related scientific/technical discipline. 
  • A minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressively more complex experience in hardware design, development, and documentation.
  • Four (4) additional years of direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for education level. A MS degree in a related field may be substituted for one (1) year of experience. A PhD in a related field may be substituted for an additional two (2) years of experience.

Salary at RSC2 is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,000 to $257,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical total compensation range for this position.
