What You'll Do As our Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you'll provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, medication management, and therapeutic support for patients across a wide range of behavioral health conditions. You'll: Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication assessments Provide crisis intervention and stabilization when appropriate Develop individualized treatment plans and ongoing medication management Prescribe psychotropic medications within state and federal regulations Interpret diagnostic testing including laboratory studies and EKGs Collaborate with therapists, primary care providers, psychiatrists, and community partners Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment and medications Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant electronic medical records Participate in quality improvement initiatives and interdisciplinary care planning Help shape best practices and improve behavioral health services across our organization Why You'll Love Working Here We understand that exceptional patient care starts with supporting exceptional people.
