Aerospace Engineer III

Overview

Darkblade Systems, a CIS Secure company, has an opportunity for an Aerospace Engineer III supporting a new program located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

Responsibilities

The Aerospace Engineer III will perform:

• System conceptualization
• System level requirements definition
• System test and evaluation.

OPERATING HOURS AND EXPECTATIONS:

• This position anticipates standard work hours, Monday-Friday.

TRAVEL:

• Limited or minimal travel expected.

Qualifications

CLEARANCE:

• Active Top Secret / SCI clearance required.
• Potential to upgrade Secret clearance.

EDUCATION:

• Minimum of Bachelors degree in statistical analysis, engineering, or related field.
• Masters degree preferred. 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Must be familiar with probability, reliability, statistical analysis methods, sampling and test and evaluation techniques, data collection, and applicable regulations and standards
• Minimum of 10 years of proressively more complex experience in hardware design, development, and documentation.

Pay Range: $180,000.00 - $230,000.00 per year
