Position Overview

MLM Hearing is seeking an Audiologist to join its Aberdeen, Washington location, serving patients throughout Grays Harbor County. This clinic has been providing quality hearing care to the community for over 35 years and is part of the Beltone Hearing Care Network.

This role is ideal for an Audiologist who values relationship-based care, clinical integrity, and making a meaningful impact in a close-knit community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive audiological evaluations and diagnostic testing
  • Educate patients on hearing loss, test results, and treatment options
  • Recommend appropriate hearing solutions based on clinical findings and lifestyle needs
  • Provide hearing aid fittings, verification, counseling, and follow-up care
  • Maintain accurate and compliant patient records
  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality patient experience aligned with clinic standards

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Audiology (AuD) degree
  • Active or eligible Audiology license in the state of Washington
  • Strong patient communication and counseling skills
