The primary responsibility of the Workshop Master Scheduler is to manage and optimize the workflow of maintenance and new build activities through the workshop. Achieved by ensuring a seamless, efficient, and cost-effective process is followed by thoroughly managing and analyzing workshop forecasts, conducting precise capacity planning, and managing resources accurately. The role requires close collaboration with various Oceaneering departments to align schedules, anticipate and mitigate potential bottlenecks, and ensure that the workshop operates at peak efficiency.
