About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a hospital setting, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in accordance with established policies, procedures, and scope of practice.

Key Responsibilities:

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Perform patient assessments and document observations and interventions accurately

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Monitor patient responses to treatments and report any changes to the RN or physician

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and implement patient care

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Provide patient and family education and emotional support

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Uphold infection control and safety standards at all times

Qualifications:

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Current, active LPN license in the State of North Carolina

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Minimum of 1 year of recent hospital experience required

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Strong clinical skills and sound judgment
