A compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Mental Health Transportation Specialist provides transportation to ensure clients have safe, reliable access to the care they need while serving as a positive and supportive presence throughout their journey.

As an essential member of the team, the MHTS work alongside case managers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to help clients stay connected to vital mental health services. Every trip is an opportunity to support someone's path toward stability, wellness, and independence.

A center owned vehicle will be provided for use during working hours.

Duties are performed under the supervision of the Mental Health Program Administrator, with some latitude for the exercise of independent judgment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Excellent customer services skills.

• Organizational skills and punctuality

• Must possess a current Texas driver's license and qualify for Center coverage. Driving is an essential function and employees must maintain an acceptable driving record/insurability while employed.

• Must have an insured personal vehicle to be used for Center duties/responsibilities.

Hours for this position are Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, flexible.

This is a Full-Time position. Benefits are available.

Will be eligible for a one- and two-year increase, depending on satisfactory performance.
