The Production Worker Level 1 is responsible for following proper procedures and specifications in inspection and general handling of product to ensure consistent finished goods.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- May be asked to work in any area of the assembly line to assist in production of baked goods as needed
- May be asked to work on different lines and/or workstations depending on staffing and production needs, per supervisor discretion.
- Communicate effectively (verbal and written) with all contacts
- Accept and adapt easily to change
- Ensure that all activities are consistent with Company Mission Statement
- Operate job-related equipment with or without an accommodation
- Meet physical demands of job with or without an accommodation
- Perform other duties as assigned

Experience
A high school diploma is required as experience in an inventory related field, strong organizational skills and computer proficiency are essential, specifically SAP and MS Office software.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred and/or a combination of education and relevant experience
- 1-3 months related experience and/or training preferred
- Bakery experience a plus
