What We Are Looking For:

American Security Force is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Security Field Supervisor to oversee security officer staff and operations at a high-impact global company client. This position is ideal for a solid leader with security operations experience, adaptive problem-solving skills, and exceptional customer service in a professional setting.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise security officers to ensure operational quality
• Provide direction, instruction, and advice to security staff by making rounds and maintaining staff performance. 
• Proactively address concerns and resolve issues with staff and clients 
• Provide field training to security officers ensuring full understanding and compliance
• Investigate incidents and ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures
• Ensure a professional, high-performance work environment
• Monitor security officers’ performance
• Create security reports for management

Who You Are:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Possess High School diploma or equivalent 
• Must have an active Texas Guard Card
• Must have a valid Texas Driver’s License
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Must be able to walk, stand, and travel between job sites during shifts
• Must be available to work on weekends and overtime if needed
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background check and drug screening in accordance with federal, state, and local laws

Supervisor Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must have at least three (3) years of full-time experience as a security supervisor managing guard staff.
• Follow and lead security policies, protocols, and procedures. 
• Must be highly organized and responsive.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to receive and disseminate information to guard staff clearly and efficiently.
• Possess courteous, customer service demeanor.
• Model and lead staff to a high standard.
• Supervise, train, and support security guard staff on site.
