Salary Range: $125,000 – $135,000 (Base); $1,000/mo Car Allowance; Bonus eligible

Reports To: Senior Program Director, Global Clients Americas

Job Summary

The Program Director – Global Clients Americas serves as the executive-level Security Advisor and strategic partner for a highly sophisticated, technology-driven enterprise with a large-scale data center and cloud infrastructure footprint. This role provides strategic leadership and operational governance for a $50M security program across two mission‑critical locations operating 24,000 hours per week, supporting high‑availability environments with evolving risk, scale, and innovation demands.

The Program Director has full accountability for program strategy, financial performance, and service delivery across these sites. This leader ensures alignment between client business objectives and Securitas’ operating model, driving consistency, resilience, and continuous improvement in complex data center and corporate environments.

Operating at an executive level, this role serves as the primary escalation point and trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, balancing standardization with site‑specific flexibility while delivering measurable business value in a fast‑paced technology setting.

This position is designed for a senior leader who can operate at both the strategic and operational levels—setting vision and standards for the program while ensuring disciplined execution on the ground in hyperscale and enterprise data center environments.

Distinguishing Characteristics

This position applies to salaried supervisory employees who manage a global client program and associated work units. The role is primarily strategic and leadership-focused, with routine execution of subordinate duties limited to no more than 40% of overall responsibilities.

Essential Functions

Global Program Leadership & Client Partnership

Serve as the senior-most point of contact and trusted Security Advisor for the client, maintaining strong executive relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery across all regions, with particular focus on data center and cloud infrastructure operations.

Lead the design, execution, and evolution of a comprehensive global security program aligned with the client’s risk posture, business objectives, and growth strategy for hyperscale and enterprise data centers.

Provide strategic counsel to client leadership on security governance, emerging risks, operational resilience, and best practices in global security management for mission-critical technology environments.

Financial & Operational Accountability

Maintain full P&L ownership for portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, margin performance, and cost optimization.

Lead long-range financial planning and annual operating plans in partnership with client leadership.

Analyze financial, operational, and performance data to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Ensure financial discipline while supporting scalability, innovation, and global growth initiatives across data center and corporate operations.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

Direct and oversee global security risk assessments and reviews using industry best practices and client-specific tools, with emphasis on physical security for data centers, cloud infrastructure, and high-security facilities.

Ensure consistent application of post orders, operating procedures, and compliance standards across the entire portfolio, including technology campuses and data center sites.

Support crisis management, special events, and emergency response planning as required, including incidents impacting data center availability and critical infrastructure.

Service Delivery & Workforce Oversight

Ensure appropriate staffing levels across all locations in collaboration with regional and branch leadership, including specialized security teams supporting data center operations.

Oversee workforce planning, scheduling effectiveness, and labor cost controls while meeting client service expectations in 24/7/365 environments.

Drive consistency in service delivery, performance standards, and customer experience across all sites, with particular focus on high-security, access-controlled facilities.

Global Coordination & Growth Support

Coordinate and lead global RFI and RFP responses, including pricing strategy, financial modeling, and cross-region alignment.

Support rapid client growth, global expansion, new site activations, and large-scale program transitions, including new data center builds and expansions.

Develop and manage a global service delivery network across more than 45 countries, leveraging regional Securitas teams and strategic alliance partners.

Apply a standardized global governance model while enabling regional adaptability based on regulatory, cultural, and operational requirements.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

Identify opportunities to enhance security operations through process improvement, technology integration, and innovative service models tailored to data center and cloud infrastructure environments.

Establish and deploy global best practices and standardized operating models aligned with the Global Clients Americas framework.

Drive measurable improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction through data-driven decision-making and use of security technology platforms.

Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

Build strong partnerships with internal Securitas leadership, regional teams, and functional stakeholders.

Provide clear direction, coaching, and accountability to program leadership teams supporting the client.

Regularly conduct executive-level business reviews with the client and internal leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in security operations, global account management, program management, or a closely related field.

Required: Demonstrated experience leading large, complex, multi-region or global client programs with full financial accountability.

Strongly preferred: Experience providing security leadership for data center environments or servicing large-scale cloud / technology clients (e.g., hyperscale or enterprise data center operators, global cloud platforms, or major technology companies).

Preferred: Prior law enforcement, military, or government security experience, particularly in roles involving critical infrastructure, investigations, or high-risk environments.

Technical & Professional Skills

Strong business acumen with proven P&L management experience.

Ability to operate effectively in a global business environment with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Visio.
