What you’ll do:
- Learn professional treatment techniques (fertilization, weed control, plant health)
- Own and manage a route with increasing independence
- Observe, diagnose, and help solve landscape health issues
- Build trust with supervisors, teammates, and clients
- Work toward becoming a licensed Treatment Technician
What we’ll teach you:
- The technical and safety knowledge needed to do the job right
- How to think like a treatment professional—not just follow instructions
- How to grow your skills, responsibility, and credibility over time
