In this role, you’ll assist with unit turns, complete minor repairs including plumbing, electrical, appliance, and basic HVAC work, and help maintain curb appeal through grounds care and exterior upkeep.
This is a great opportunity for someone with general maintenance knowledge who is ready to grow beyond make-readies and gain more hands-on experience.
Requirements:
• EPA Universal Certification required
• General maintenance knowledge and troubleshooting skills
