 IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Donation Services Manager SUPERVISES:  N/A
POSITION SUMMARY: Demonstrates Goodwill’s Core Values through actions and behaviors. Provide various production duties in a warehouse environment. Determine usability/quality of items and sort accordingly.Â

QUALIFICATIONS / SPECIFIC SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE:
- Must exhibit great attention to detail.Â
- Must be able to follow verbal instructions
- Relate appropriately and positively with co-workers
- Must be able to safely handle, lift and carry items  Â
- Maneuver carts and containers filled with materials
- Must have good vision and use of hands in sorting
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors, year-round in all types of weather conditions
- Stooping and bending required
- Standing for extended periods of time
- Some weekend work required
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

- Examine items and determine value. Process objects appropriately to be placed on truck or discard items as appropriate. (E)
- Use appropriate containers, carts, barrels and racks to separate items (E)
- Follow safety protocols at all times and especially when using equipment in the warehouse. (E)
- Transport goods within warehouse in a safe manner using appropriate equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, racks.) (E)
- Safely operate equipment which you have been properly trained to use. (E)
- Provide daily inspections of forklift and crusher and maintain appropriately. (E)
- Meet predetermined goals. (E)
- Maintain workspace in accordance with Goodwill procedures and safety protocols. (E)
- Communicate appropriately and positively with co-workers and others
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor
