Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with personal care, meal preparation, and other daily living activities.
  • Support clients in developing life skills and achieving personal goals.
  • Encourage and facilitate participation in community activities and social programs.
  • Document progress and report any changes in behavior or health.
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and team members to provide comprehensive care.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in direct support or caregiving preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and compassion.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain post-hire.
