Sonic Summary

The Mobile Service Technician is responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on heavy and medium-duty vehicles at various locations away from the dealership.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, with previous dealership experience preferred, and should possess at least 2 years of relevant experience.
The position requires the ability to provide exceptional customer service, diagnose vehicle issues, and communicate effectively with customers.
Candidates must hold a minimum class B CDL endorsement and will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience, and the technician will need to have their own hand tools for performing repairs.

MOBILE DIESEL SERVICE TECHNICIAN

WE are growing our Service team and looking for a MOBILE DIESEL SERVICE TECHNICIAN to repair/service Medium and Heavy-Duty trucks of any make or model.

WE seek team members with in-depth knowledge of medium- and heavy-duty trucks and the ability to establish a great working relationship with our long-term customer. WE pay all OEM-specific continued education for full-time Technicians.

Must be focused -- Gets the job done right for our customers, getting them back on the road while earning bonuses for efficiency and productivity. WE pay performance incentives to our Diesel Techs, and WE want our Techs to make a great living working here.

Must work safely -- WE care about our Diesel Techs and want them to return home in the same condition as they came to work, with a safety committee at each location.
