- Total Compensation: $62K–$150K+ (Top performers can earn $150K+)Â
- Base pay is paid is guaranteed for 40 hrs of work per week irrespective of volume of work

 Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and Perform residential electrical service, repair, and installationÂ
- Troubleshoot electrical systems with accuracy, efficiency, and safety-first executionÂ
- Deliver quality solution and zero callbacks
- Delivery and close jobs efficientlyÂ
- Deliver customer-first service experienceÂ
- Educate customers on issues, solutions, and options with transparency and clarityÂ
- Maintain detailed job documentation
- Become the service and safety advisor
- Should be capable of engaging with customers and presenting multiple options to address short term and long term options.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an electrician or service technicianÂ
- Strong commitment to punctuality, professionalism, and customer satisfactionÂ
- Ability to work independently while following safety and quality standardsÂ
- Clear communication skills to explain technical issues to homeownersÂ
- Pride in craftsmanship and continuous improvementÂ
- 10+ yrs of residential electricalÂ
- Â Active Master Electrician licenseÂ
- Â Experience in a residential service-based electrical environmentÂ
- Experience with ServiceTitanÂ
- Experience to grow business and grow their careerÂ
- Coach, support the team and quality check their work as and when needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Financial understanding of pricingÂ
- Additional trade or vendor specific installation certification
- Franchise experience or multi trade residential service tech experience.Â
- Good written and verbal communication
- Ability to learn the new technologiesÂ
- Mindset to work in team first culture
