Beretta USA is seeking a dynamic Firearms Service Manager to lead our Gunsmithing and Repair Service operations. This is a mission-critical role for a world-renowned brand—responsible for delivering fast, accurate, and high‑quality firearm service while ensuring every customer interaction reflects Beretta’s legacy of craftsmanship, innovation, and trust.

What You’ll Lead & Own

As the Firearms Service Manager, you will:

  • Oversee all Gunsmithing and firearms service operations with full accountability for quality, compliance, and performance
  • Monitor operational metrics and proactively drive improvements to meet and exceed service goals
  • Serve as Beretta USA’s primary Customer Service Advocate—resolving high-level issues and representing the voice of the customer
  • Build, design, and refine a service structure that supports national service demands
  • Manage and maintain standards across outsourced service centers
  • Ensure all internal and external service personnel are trained, certified, and equipped for excellence
  • Develop and implement standardized processes that enhance efficiency and consistency
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to advance product quality, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes


Working Environment

This is a hands-on leadership role within a firearms service center, with responsibilities that include:

  • Occasional travel (up to 25%) for training, demos, events, and service center visits
  • Manual dexterity for inspection and repair
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Additional duties as assigned
