About the Role: As a District Manager, you will lead a group of approximately 10 – 12 stores, driving sales, developing high-performing teams, and creating outstanding customer experiences across your market. You will serve as a strategic business leader, coaching Store Managers to achieve results, build talent pipelines, and foster a culture where both associates and customers thrive. This role is responsible for delivering financial results, cultivating future leaders, and ensuring operational excellence across all locations. As the primary connection between the stores and Home Office, you will influence the success of the business through strong leadership, accountability, and a passion for developing people. The District Manager reports directly to the Regional Manager. What You'll Do Lead the Business Drive sales, profitability, and key performance indicators across your district Analyze business trends and develop action plans to capitalize on opportunities Partner with Store Managers to identify growth opportunities and improve performance Ensure stores deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving financial goals Manage district expenses, including payroll and operating costs Build High-Performing Teams Recruit, hire, coach, and retain top talent Develop Store Managers through ongoing coaching, feedback, and succession planning Create a culture of accountability, engagement, and recognition Identify and develop future leaders within the organization Partner with Human Resources to effectively address employee relations matters Drive Operational Excellence Ensure consistent execution of company standards, policies, and procedures Conduct regular store visits and provide actionable feedback and coaching Lead the successful rollout of company initiatives, programs, and process improvements Partner with Loss Prevention to maintain a safe and secure environment Ensure visual merchandising and operational standards are consistently achieved Communicate and Inspire Serve as a trusted leader and brand ambassador for TPS Group Holdings Build strong partnerships with Home Office teams, landlords, and community partners Communicate priorities clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization Recognize achievements and celebrate team successes Inspire teams to embrace change and continuously improve What You'll Bring 3+ Multi-unit retail leadership experience with a proven track record of driving results Passion for coaching, developing, and mentoring leaders Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze trends and make decisions Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to influence and inspire teams across multiple locations Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills Flexible schedule with the ability to travel throughout the district, including occasional overnights College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred Why You'll Love This Role At TPS Group Holdings, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple stores while developing future leaders and helping create memorable experiences for our customers.
