We are seeking an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our established mental health practice. This contract role is ideal for a confident, independent prescriber with strong medication management skills and experience providing evidence-based psychiatric care.

Requirements (Experienced Prescribers Only)
- Active Georgia Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- Active DEA registration
- Minimum of 2+ years of psychiatric medication management experience
- Experience treating children, adolescents, and adults preferred
- Strong diagnostic, clinical judgment, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the supervising physician and care team
- Active professional malpractice insurance (required)
Compensation
- $70 per hour for face-to-face patient time
- Consistent weekday patient volume
- Flexible weekday scheduling
- No weekends and no on-call responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
- Provide ongoing medication management
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered, evidence-based mental health care
