Pay Range: $17-$20 per hour (based on experience)

🧾Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and components using various welding techniques. This role requires precision, safety awareness, and the ability to read technical drawings.

✅Key Responsibilities

Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on various metal materials
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Cut, grind, and prepare materials for welding
Inspect welded surfaces and structures to ensure quality and durability
Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines
Assist with fabrication and assembly as needed

🎯Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred)
Proven experience as a welder or similar role
Proficiency in MIG, TIG, or Stick welding techniques
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and measurements
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
Basic math and measurement skills

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

Welding certification (AWS or equivalent)
Experience with fabrication or structural welding
Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
