Scope of the RoleÂ
Under direct supervision, the Business Solutions Reconciliation ConsultantI operates independently to support the organization's objectives and mission. The Business Solutions Reconciliation Consultant I will demonstrate effective communication skills, collaborate seamlessly with both internal and external contacts, adhere to deadlines, exhibit strong organizational and time management abilities, and maintain a sense of autonomy when engaging in projects and responsibilities.

Performance OutcomesÂ
Payment ManagementÂ
Record and manage group payments received from CM Client in SystemIÂ
Redirect payments with discrepancies in CM Client to the appropriate basket for resolutionÂ
Examine return checks received from accounting, scanning them into CM ClientÂ
Enter and manage Backout/Apply and Suspense Form details from CM Client into SystemIÂ
Handle the processing of Government Allotments from OnDemand, accurately incorporating them into SystemIÂ
Input and manage Group Remittance Payments from CM Client into SystemIÂ
Â
Reconciliation ManagementÂ
Handle incoming calls and emails, as well as initiate outbound calls and emails to assist group account holders and associates with inquiries about unbalanced payments.Â
Assess, structure, and share group payroll documents received from group account holders or associates to reconcile payments.Â

Knowledgeable in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
High School Degree RequiredÂ
 0-1+ years prior experience working in customer serviceÂ
Good typing and 10-key skills,RequiredÂ
Good written and verbal communicationÂ
Good phone and presentation skillsÂ
Effectively interact with users, peers, managers, and vendorsÂ
Requires an ability to handle multiple deadlines, provide a detailed-oriented, analytical, and organized approach to daily duties and relationship building with a high degree of confidentiality. Â
