Job Summary:
Under minimal supervision, the Business Solutions Elite Account Manager III manages the group portfolio of a specific set of associates. This position requires account manager experience and a high level of service delivered to each customer and quality execution of stated tasks throughout the process. Work will be observed and reviewed both during performance upon completion, and changes in procedures or exceptions to rules are explained in detail as they arise.Responsibilities:
Scope of the RoleÂ
The Business Solutions Elite Account Manager IIIis responsible for completing tactile tasks and completing assigned work duties that help drive the success of the organization. This employee should enhance the department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.Â

The Business Solutions Elite Account Manager III will have the ability to communicate effectively, collaborate with internal and external contacts, meet deadlines, organization and time management, and the ability to maintain autonomy while working on projects and duties.As breadth of knowledge increases with experience, the Business Solutions Elite Account Manager IIImay become eligible to transition to the next level of Business Solutions Elite Account Manager IV.Â
Performance OutcomesÂ
Administrative Account ManagementÂ
Serve as the lead point of contact and will be responsible for the review and maintenance of specific LegalShield Group Accounts Â
Handle more advance inquiriesÂ
Review enrollment, payment history, and billing invoices to provide support to LegalShield groups, Associates, and group membersÂ
Proactively review various reports to ensure group accounts are up to dateÂ
Handle inquiries received by phone, fax, email, or mailÂ
Should be able to handle sensitive group accounts and be able to prioritizeÂ
Provide support to internal departments regarding group inquiriesÂ
Customer SupportÂ
Understand customer demands and expectations and meet these in a timely manner, always addressing any challenges or concerns the customer or associate may have regarding group business Â
Answer incoming calls, make outgoing calls to investigate and correct errors Â
Other duties as assigned by leadership  Â
Education, Knowledge, and ExperienceÂ
High School degree equivalent or higherÂ
Exceeded performance expectation as Elite Account Manager I or II OR 5+ year of experience in an account manager roleÂ
Call center experience, PreferredÂ
Knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting, and billing, outside of the food industryÂ
Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPointÂ
Reinstatement, add-on, statement reprint, and plan code knowledge, PreferredÂ
Good typing and 10-key skills,RequiredÂ
Good written and verbal communicationÂ
Good phone and presentation skillsÂ
Effectively interact with users, peers, managers, and vendorsÂ
Requires an ability to handle multiple deadlines, provide a detailed-oriented, analytical, and organized approach to daily duties and relationship building with a high degree of confidentiality. Â
Requires an individual with a positive professional attitude who can work as a part of a team or individually.Â
Requires the ability to work under pressure and quickly adapt to changeÂ
Requires a self-starter with a high level of initiative and problem-solving mindset.Â
