Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping of finished goods.
- Direct and support floor associates, assist with training new team members, assign daily tasks, and foster a productive, positive work environment.
- Actively promote and enforce company safety protocols, conducting daily equipment/safety checks to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular cycle counts, reconcile inventory discrepancies in the WMS system, and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Safely operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks as needed.
- Prepare shipping documentation (BOLs, labels) and coordinate daily pick-ups with freight carriers and logistics providers.
- Identify workflow bottlenecks on the floor and suggest practical operational improvements to the Operations Manager.

 

Qualification

- Previous experience in warehouse operations or a strong understanding of inventory management practices
- Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and other systems used for inventory tracking and labeling
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel or participate in extended business trips as needed
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Positive, proactive, and approachable demeanor in the workplace
- Self-motivated, respectful, and eager to learn new skills
- Bilingual in Korean and English preferred
