Supports shipping operations through the execution of the following administrative tasks:

Import/Export Administration
May create loading documents including placards, stencils and packaging documentation
Perform data entry regarding:
- Shipment details and information
- Railroad activity including logging bills of laden (BOL’s), recording railcar weights, and authorize railcars entrance and exit from the plant utilizing site specific software (i.e. Rail Connect, Railmate, etc.)
- Laboratory quality assurance approvals
Scanning and filing of a variety of shipping department reports
