Expediting & Issue ResolutionÂ
- Act as the primary expediter for all assigned patient-matched digital surgery cases from initiation through shipmentÂ
- Actively expedite work through the manufacturing process to ensure on-time completion of priority and time-sensitive casesÂ
- Monitor case progress and identify bottlenecks, material shortages, capacity constraints, quality holds, or other blockersÂ
- Escalate risks, delays, urgent cases, rework, or priority changes early with clear communication and recommended recovery actionsÂ
Scheduling, Systems & Data IntegrityÂ
- Coordinate and schedule patient-matched digital surgery cases across manufacturing equipment queuesÂ
- Create, manage, and maintain production orders within SAP and related digital workflow systemsÂ
- Ensure transactional accuracy, data integrity, and timely issue resolution across all production and planning systemsÂ
- Ensure system status, transactions, and reporting accurately reflect shop floor operations realityÂ
Cross-Functional CoordinationÂ
- Serve as the primary point of coordination between manufacturing, engineering, quality, logistics, case management, and other cross-functional partnersÂ
- Align daily priorities with supervisors and leads to support focus on critical jobs and delivery commitmentsÂ
- Communicate changes in priorities clearly, consistently, and proactively across teamÂ
Accountability, Continuous Improvement & DevelopmentÂ
- Maintain accountability for timelines, handoffs, and execution standards by tracking commitments, following up on actions, and escalating issues as neededÂ
- Partner with Manufacturing Engineering, Case Management, and Software teams to improve throughput, quality, workflow efficiency, and system effectivenessÂ
- Collaborate with the Software Product Owner on system integrations, KPIs, dashboards, and workflow enhancementsÂ
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning, scheduling, and executionÂ
