Position Summary:

This requisition is for a Feature Lead to work as the Application Manager for a highly visible and mission critical Lockbox application. The Feature Lead will assist a Release Train Engineer to manage assignments, prioritize deliverables, and coordinate risk remediation across multiple applications and environments while applying strong leadership and direction to ensure all initiative and BAU commitments are met on time. As Application Manager, the individual will take ownership for all compliance and risk deliverables associated with the application(s) assigned to them. The selected candidate will be working closely with the Line of Business (LOB), vendors, and other technology teams to ensure that the deliverables are assigned and committed to for delivery. 

An Application Manager must ensure on time and within budget delivery on all identified Bank compliance and risk deliverables:

  • Timely handling of AIT, RISE, ADSF, CPT, etc. deliverables
  • Work with vendors, development teams, CTO teams, Vendor Management to ensure proper plans, execution and communication are in place to fully meet the deliverables
  • Participate in estimates of the development work, solution designs
  • Collaborate on and lead application development planning and implementation activities of third party vendors
  • Ensure proper production implementation and post-implementation support of solutions
  • Timely addressing BAU items
  • Coordinate remediation of GIS security findings
  • Plan implementation of bug fixes and enhancements
  • Keep applications current with enterprise routines (AIT, RISE, patching, access, technical recovery, etc.)
  • Respond to external and internal audits
  • Manage the responses to incoming ad hoc requests from LOB (Product, Operations, or client questions coming through Operations Support
  • Provide/Manage L3 support and ensure focus, scope and separation of the CTO-managed L1 and L2 group
  • Continued focus on improving and sustaining the applications’ performance and stability
  • Maintain an efficient and consistent approach in planning, execution, and communication of the environment work for all midrange applications 
  • Coordinate and plan the installation of patches and upgrades to the lower non-production environments with minimum disruption of deliverables
  • Coordinate, plan, ensure flawless execution and full technical and functional application validation of patches and upgrades to the production/contingency environments with minimum disruption
  • Assist in the planning of the environment availability and end-to-end swim lanes for application deployments and testing (functional and performance) in lower environments through production
  • Work with CTO partners and the application teams to have a sustainable process and efficient execution for all these activities

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience building applications and seeing them through the SDLC
  • Assist in release and deployment planning and implementation
  • Be involved in providing architectural guidance for development solutions
  • Work closely with the SQA and UAT managers, and the business analysts within a cohesive team structure to ensure full coordination of the work, alignment of the teams and coordinated delivery on all commitments
  • Become a subject matter expert on these applications and thoroughly understand the architecture and business interactions within lockbox

Pay range$106,500.00 - $173,700.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
