Job Description:
Manages/oversees the analytical, team, & client responsibilities across a targeted group of Analytical resources consisting of Senior Analysts, Team Leads, and Analysts; serving one or more senior executives with functional responsibility across Wealth and Consumer channels, products, marketing
Ensures appropriate focus and alignment of staff and resources
Identifies opportunities for collaboration across the Analytics organization to effectively deliver against priorities. Supervises, directs, and communicates complex analyses using a variety of tools, techniques and resources to deliver insights that drive business direction and decision making. Partners with P&L owners and senior executives to identify, analyze, and propose solutions to a variety of business problems using data driven insights. Develops employees within the analytical discipline to be able to communicate and improve their business insight capabilities. Experience in supervising/leading technical or complex projects and managing to an outcome(directly or indirectly). Proven track record in financial services, consumer products, or marketing business / analytics. Knowledge of current data techniques, and tools. Bachelors Degree. Demonstrated understanding of statistical data uses in business decisions.

Role Overview

This role is responsible for leading a Global Operations Data and Modeling team focused on analytics, reporting development, automation, and intake management. The manager will oversee developers, analysts, and intake management employees who deliver scalable reporting solutions, manage portfolio demand, maintain inventory and documentation controls, and use data-driven insights to improve operational performance, regulatory readiness, and business outcomes. The role requires inclusive, accountable leadership, technical fluency, stakeholder management, risk discipline, and the ability to translate complex business needs into prioritized, sustainable solutions.

Required Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and develop a team of developers, analysts, and intake management employees responsible for reporting, analytics, automation, and portfolio execution.
• Lead intake governance, demand prioritization, sequencing, dependency management, and delivery oversight across a complex portfolio of initiatives.
• Establish and maintain reporting inventory controls, process documentation, coding standards, change management practices, and quality assurance routines.
• Partner with senior leaders, product management, technology, risk, control, and operational stakeholders to understand business problems, define priorities, and deliver actionable data products.
• Oversee the design, development, and operational ownership of dashboards, reporting suites, automation routines, and analytical products that improve operational performance and decision-making.
• Use data analysis, forecasting, trend identification, and performance measurement to surface insights, evaluate risks, and support fact-based business decisions.
• Drive standardization, simplification, and modernization of legacy reporting and intake processes into scalable, resilient, and well-controlled solutions.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise requirements for data usage, regulatory compliance, audit readiness, document retention, procedural documentation, and control oversight.
• Communicate trends, risks, recommendations, and delivery status through executive-ready narratives, performance updates, and governance forums.
• Coach employees in technical skills, analytical thinking, problem structuring, communication, stakeholder engagement, and professional development.

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, application development, process management, project management, operational performance, or a related financial services function.
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing or directly guiding technical, analytical, development, or intake management teams.
• Experience leading complex technical or analytical initiatives from intake through delivery, including prioritization, stakeholder alignment, execution tracking, and outcome management.
• Strong understanding of reporting governance, data quality, process documentation, inventory controls, change management, audit readiness, and regulatory or operational risk expectations.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions, reporting requirements, automation opportunities, and measurable performance outcomes.
• Experience with business intelligence, data mining, workflow automation, or database tools such as SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, SAS, PowerShell, JavaScript, Oracle, SQL Server, Hadoop, or comparable approved enterprise technologies.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders and communicate complex analysis in a clear, executive-ready format.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a highly matrixed, fast-paced, and dynamic, deadline-driven environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.



Desired Skills:
• Experience in Global Operations, non-financial regulatory reporting, operational reporting, risk management, control functions, or financial services operations.
• Coursework or experience in finance, mathematics, statistics, computer science, data engineering, business analytics, or related disciplines.
