Malin’s Battery Service Technicians play an integral role in making sure our customers’ equipment remains up and running. You will perform maintenance and service on lift trucks and warehouse equipment, and you will receive paid training and specialty tools to become a forklift equipment expert.

What You’ll Do

  • You'll supervise a team as well as perform preventative, scheduled, and corrective maintenance
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
  • Diagnose and repair forklifts and material handling equipment
  • Travel to customer sites using a company-provided service van
  • Document service work and interact directly with customers

What You Bring

  • Basic tool set (specialty tools are provided)
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background screens
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
  • Ability to communicate with customers and document repairs
  • High school diploma or GED required
