Triunity Software is looking for a talented and driven Business Analyst to join our growing team in Texas! Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives
- Create detailed process flows, use cases, user stories, and workflow diagrams
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and interviews with stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to relevant teams and leadership
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements to optimize business performance
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate that delivered solutions meet business needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software or technology environment
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders
- CBAP certification or equivalent is a plus
