What You’ll Do

Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers planning a move
Build rapport quickly and guide customers through the booking process
Close sales with confidence using a consultative approach
Navigate systems efficiently while staying engaged on the phone
Bring energy, urgency, and a results-driven mindset to every call

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills and a competitive edge
Self-motivated with a solid work ethic
Comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment
Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
Reliable, punctual, and ready to show up every day
Bring high energy to every call and confidently lead customers to a close

Schedule (Afternoon/Evening Shifts Only)

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Compensation

$15–$17/hour base pay + commission
Average earnings: $20–$25/hour with commission
Top performers earn even more
