Our goal is to exceed customer expectations and provide a seamless, high-quality experience through every interaction.  Purpose of Position The Customer Service Specialist I serves as a front-line point of contact for customers, crew, and passengers, ensuring a smooth, professional, and high-quality experience for all arrivals and departures. This role supports customer service operations by coordinating services, responding to requests, and maintaining a high standard of hospitality. The position works closely with Line Service and other departments to ensure services are delivered accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. QualificationsTasks and Responsibilities Support a service environment focused on safety, efficiency, and exceeding customer expectations Greet customers, crew, and passengers in a professional and welcoming manner Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person interactions in a timely and professional manner Coordinate customer service needs associated with aircraft arrivals and departures Receive and document aircraft arrival and departure information accurately Prepare and manage arrival requests, including aircraft, crew, and passenger service needs Coordinate services such as fuel, hangar, towing, lavatory, water, GPU, and other support needs Provide concierge services including hotel, transportation, and catering arrangements Assist customers with luggage, pets, and other service needs Prepare and present amenities and hospitality offerings Maintain awareness of aircraft activity and support operational flow Accurately process transactions, including invoicing and payments Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and services provided Identify and resolve customer concerns, escalating when appropriate Collaborate with Line Service and other departments to ensure service delivery Maintain clean, organized, and professional customer-facing areas Manage multiple requests while maintaining professionalism Participate in shift pass-downs and communicate relevant updates Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards Participate in training and development opportunities Contribute to a positive team environment Perform other duties as assigned Note: It is not possible to list all required job duties in this description. Additional duties may be assigned based on operational needs.  Education High School Diploma or equivalent  Core Competencies Safety Knowledge Integrity Enthusiasm Service  Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other (KSAOs) Prior customer service experience preferred; hospitality or aviation experience a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to problem solve and handle customer concerns professionally Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn company systems Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 25 lbs., and work in indoor and outdoor environments
