Job DetailsJob Location: ADDISON, TX 75001Job Summary  A mid-level Data Analyst position is available for candidates experienced in using Python and SQL for data analysis, deriving insights, and supporting business decisions. The role requires collaboration across multiple teams to address business requirements, produce actionable datasets, and create reliable reports.  Key Responsibilities  Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries for extracting and transforming relational database data.  Write efficient Python scripts as needed.  Utilize SQL for data cleaning, analysis, and automation tasks.  Create dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Matplotlib/Seaborn.  Analyze operational metrics, product performance, customer behavior, or financial data and communicate findings.  Work with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to present analysis and recommendations clearly.  Assist in developing scalable ETL processes, automating reports, and maintaining comprehensive data documentation.  Provide technical guidance, code review, and mentorship to team members as needed.  Required Qualifications  3–5 years of experience in data analysis or related fields.  Proficiency in SQL, including multi‑join queries, window functions, aggregation, and schema comprehension.  Advanced knowledge of Python, especially with libraries such as pandas and NumPy, and familiarity with Jupyter Notebooks or similar tools.  Experience in data processing, cleaning, validation, and optionally ETL frameworks.  Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).  Strong analytical and communication skills.  Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline.  Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.).  Experience with SQL and Python automation pipelines or workflow management tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt).  Background in business intelligence, product analytics, financial analytics, or marketing operations.  Knowledge of statistical modeling or advanced scripting (e.g., regression, classification).  Experience with version control (Git) and agile development workflows.  Qualifications
