Job DetailsJob Location: Corporate Division TX Location - Addison, TX 75001Position Type: Full TimeJob Purpose: The People Support Associate serves as the first point of contact for employee Human Resources inquiries and plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional employee experience. This position provides front-line support to employees, managers, and applicants by answering day-to-day HR questions, coordinating HR processes, and ensuring requests are routed to the appropriate People & Culture team members. The People Support Associate is responsible for onboarding and orientation activities, maintaining employee records, processing employment documentation, supporting HR operations, managing the People Support inbox, and escalating concerns to HR leadership when appropriate. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, responsive, detail-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding service to employees across the organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities  Employee Support & HR Service Delivery Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR questions and requests. Monitor and manage the People Support email inbox, ensuring employee inquiries receive a response within one business hour. Provide accurate basic information regarding company policies, procedures, benefits, and HR programs. Route employee questions and requests to the appropriate HR team, including Benefits, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations. Recognize situations requiring escalation and appropriately elevate issues to HR Managers, Directors, or the SVP, People & Culture.  Onboarding & Orientation Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding activities for new hires. Conduct new employee orientation and ensure completion of required onboarding documentation. Process and verify I-9 documentation in accordance with federal requirements. Coordinate and review background screenings. Assist new employees with onboarding systems, policies, and HR-related questions.  HR Operations & Administration Enter and maintain employee information within the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). Process personnel changes, including promotions, transfers, compensation changes, status changes, and employee updates. Maintain employee files and ensure required documentation is accurately stored and retained. Support HR compliance processes and documentation requirements. Assist with HR reporting, audits, recordkeeping, and document management activities.  Communications & Employee Experience Assist with employee communications, intranet maintenance, announcements, and People & Culture initiatives. Support company programs, events, surveys, and employee engagement activities. Help ensure employees receive timely, accurate, and professional communication regarding HR-related matters. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on enhancing employee service and operational efficiency.  Additional Responsibilities Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives. Support other HR administrative and operational duties as assigned. Maintain a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and confidentiality. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. One year of professional administrative, customer service, office support, or human resources experience. Any combination of HR or business administration coursework, HR certification studies, or related education may be considered in lieu of experience.  Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Exceptional customer service orientation and commitment to helping others. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy. Proactive approach with a strong "can-do" attitude.  Preferred Qualifications Experience working with HRIS systems, databases, or business software.
