Hourly Pay Range:

$42.54 - $65.94 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

  • Position: Practice Manager III
  • Location: Naperville
  • Full Time 40 hours
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8-5
  • Required Travel: Yes


What you will do:

  • Manages all support staff in the delivery of patient services including provider templates at multiple sites
  • Assists in managing activities of multiple teams/programs while maintaining operational focus
  • Develops staff schedules, workflows and coordinates regular staff and professional meetings
  • Takes initiative to identify and resolve challenges, creating and implementing solutions.
  • Responsible for input about annual budget; successfully managing and implementing the approved budget; ability to evaluate variances and solutions
  • Collaborates with site-based provider leaders to coordinate communication, cascade key information, and facilitate bi-directional feedback to drive alignment, responsiveness, and operational improvement
  • Manage Lead MA(s) to ensure People Leadership is applied uniformly across locations and/or service line.
  • Oversee talent management, including performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions, as needed. 
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team through effective hiring, training, performance management, and accountability practices.
  • Maintain training and orientation of staff and providers; provide input into developing and updating training
  • Exercises independent judgment within defined procedures to determine appropriate actions for moderately complex issues
  • Monitor patient experience scores and develop tactics to improve areas of opportunity
  • Responsible for monitoring and meeting budgetary goals for clinics/teams
  • Manage Lead MA(s) to ensure patient and employee experience efforts are applied uniformly across locations and/or service line.
  • Performs quality audits; partners with quality to assess outcomes and plans for improvement
  • Ensuring services are in compliance with professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements and maintaining applicable accreditations with key organizations    

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of healthcare leadership experience preferred
