This hybrid role is provider‑facing and includes onboarding, education, performance monitoring, site visits, and issue resolution. The Specialist negotiates agreements, supports contracting workflows, and collaborates with internal departments to optimize provider satisfaction and overall health plan efficiency. This role plays a key part in ensuring network adequacy, operational consistency, and high‑quality provider engagement across ProCare Advantage. QualificationsQualifications Preferred Education:  • College degree or equivalent work experience (2–5 years) Required Experience:  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Provider Relations, Contracting, or Healthcare network operations • Strong oral, written, interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills • Ability to use PC software, reporting tools, and multiple systems • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities • Ability to travel 20–50% Essential Functions • Serve as the primary point of contact for provider experience and overall delivery • Conduct New Provider Orientations for newly onboarded providers • Submit Single Case Agreements when applicable • Capture, document, and distribute market intelligence to support strategic initiatives • Collect, analyze, interpret, and translate provider information, reports, and dashboards • Track and monitor provider performance metrics • Deliver presentations to existing and prospective providers and partners • Complete scheduled site visits and audits to ensure compliance and satisfaction • Work with internal teams to resolve provider issues or complaints • Act as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless provider support • Review facility profiles and preferred provider lists to assess network participation • Provide provider education on portal access, payment systems, claim status, and network participation • Oversee contracting inbox requests, vet inquiries, and route items to appropriate team members • Support contracting workflows and provider engagement strategies • Maintain accurate documentation and communication related to provider interactions  We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
