Sales & Service Coordinator


We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales & Service Coordinator to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support our sales operations and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills, contributing to our company's growth and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate sales activities and assist the sales team in managing client accounts

- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or in person

- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and service visits

- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and service requests

- Support the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and reports

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience

- Follow up with clients post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

- Assist in inventory management and order processing as needed


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software, Marriott and LIghtspeed experience highly preferred

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or customer service is a plus
