Senior IT Administrator
Job Summary:
- The Senior IT Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day management, support, and maintenance of the Company’s information technology systems and infrastructure across all office locations. This role ensures reliable operation of IT resources, supports cybersecurity initiatives, and provides technical support to employees while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
This position will oversee system access, technology deployment, infrastructure standards, and IT service delivery to support business operations. Align the IT infrastructure with the overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain secure access to the Company’s IT resources and applications, including Microsoft 365 infrastructure and all SaaS platforms utilized by the business.
- Enhance and maintain a centralized document management system.
- Oversee daily IT operations supporting employees across all company offices.
- Maintain cybersecurity controls and practices in accordance with company policies, applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Update and formalize IT policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure consistent and secure technology practices.
- Manage relationships with external IT vendors and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) where applicable.
- Coordinate IT infrastructure setup and standards for new office locations and expansions.
- Maintain hardware and software inventory and lifecycle management.
- Manage cellular phone devices and plans.
- Work with third party vendors to build and maintain company website and intranet site.
- Assist HR in assigning necessary equipment for new hire onboarding and the deactivation and collection of offboarding employees.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for employees across the organization.
- Coordinate the provisioning, configuration, and deployment of company computer systems and related hardware.
- Assist business units with technology-related needs and coordination with external partners when IT collaboration is required.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements where appropriate.
- Support cost management initiatives related to IT services, vendors, and infrastructure.
Senior IT Administrator Qualifications:
Experience:
- 4–6 years of progressive IT experience in a hands-on systems administration or IT operations role
- Experience supporting a multi-site or multi-location environment strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience with:
- Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Entra/Azure AD)
- SaaS platform management and user access controls
- Cybersecurity practices, including policy compliance and access management
- Hardware/software inventory and lifecycle management
- Vendor and MSP coordination
- Servers and backups
- Employee onboarding/offboarding IT processes
- IT helpdesk and end-user technical support
Certifications (preferred)
- CompTIA Security+, Network+, or A+
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator or Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- ITIL Foundation
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered

- Base Salary:Â $80,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience
