About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Software Engineer to join our Posture and Readiness Pillar, where you will responsible for end-to-end features implementation, testing and delivery that power Semperis's enterprise security and identity products. This is a highly collaborative role requiring both technical excellence and strong cross-functional partnership skills.

What you will be doing:

  • Participate in the development of SaaS product helping our customers to protect Microsoft Entra Id, Microsoft Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 applications.

  • Be responsible for end-to-end features implementation, testing and delivery.

  • Communicate effectively, share knowledge, and drive team success.

  • Facilitate innovations, code and architecture improvements, quality / security best practices.

What you will bring to the table:

  • 3+ years experience in C# and .NET Core and demonstrated ability to produce production-ready code at a company of similar size and complexity.

  • All-around team player who is self-motivated with a high work ethic.

  • Knowledge of data structures and algorithms.

  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, data modelling.

  • Experience with writing acceptance tests.

  • Experience with agile development process.

  • Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with containerized applications or microservices working in Kubernetes cluster.

  • Experience in enterprise applications and distributes systems development.

  • Advanced knowledge of multi-threading and async programming (C#, Python).

  • Experience with Azure Blob Storage, Opensearch / Elastic, Redis, SQLlite, MS SQL.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Entra Id (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, Azure AD Connect, Azure Ad B2C

  • Knowledge of Azure Application programming model and API.

  • Experience working with protocols and frameworks: HTTP, TLS, GRPC, WebSocket, AMQP, Kafka, OAuth / OpenId Connect (OIDC), SAML, REST

  • Knowledge / understanding of security programming best practices.

  • Experience of developing and maintaining multi-tenant SaaS application hosted on Azure or Amazon

  • Knowledge of Windows / Linux / Web Security

  • Knowledge / experience of encryption algorithms and their use cases

 

This will be a hybrid role for our Dallas, TX location.
