Now Hiring: Level III (Commissioned) Security Guards
AAA Security Guard Services is seeking highly qualified Level III Commissioned Security Officers to join our elite team of professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced officers who are committed to maintaining safe and secure environments for our clients.
As a Commissioned Security Officer, you will be responsible for protecting client premises, assets, and personnel while preventing and responding to illegal or inappropriate activities. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong security knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned premises to maintain a visible security presence
- Monitor entrances and exits to ensure access is restricted to authorized individuals
- Remove trespassers when necessary
- Monitor surveillance cameras and security systems
- Respond promptly to reports of suspicious activity
- Document daily activities and security incidents accurately
Qualifications
- Active State of Texas Level III (Commissioned) Security Guard License and Pocket Card (required)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Commissioned Security Officer (military or related experience preferred)
- Must provide own duty gear, including weapon, duty belt, handcuffs, baton, and OC spray (OC certification required)
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong knowledge of security procedures and public safety practices
- Excellent written communication and report-writing skills
- Ability to operate surveillance and monitoring equipment
- High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability to work 10–12 hour shifts
