- Good understanding of clinic expenses and assigned budget

- Computer experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to effectively motivate staff to institute change
- Knowledge and understanding of Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), electronic health records (EHRs), and ability to utilize computer programs to collect data, prepare reports, and make presentations
- Knowledge & understanding of basic health administration (including government regulations and patient privacy), financials (delivering quality healthcare within a budget), and clinical quality improvements (includes improving daily operations and meeting goals/objectives). Strong customer service skills
