Delivery Coordinator - 2789

The Delivery Coordinator is responsible for delivering comprehensive product information to customers throughout the sales process. This position is classified as non-exempt from applicable wage and hour laws. Following is a list of certain minimum required duties, responsibilities and qualifications associated with the position, subject to applicable law. This list is not all inclusive and may be amended or supplemented as business needs dictate. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Arranges for delivery and registration of vehicle 
• Ensures accurate paperwork and processes to complete a vehicles sales transaction 
• Educates customers on vehicles features, accessories, warranty, paperwork, and maintenance schedule 
• Introduces services (repairs and maintenance) provided by Service Department 
• Follows up with customers post-delivery and addresses any concerns 
• Reports any and all accidents to a manager 
• Sets vehicle Telematics and G.P.S systems to dealership and manufacture specifications.
• Follows company safety procedures and policies

• Individuals employed in this position must be able to stand, sit and mobilize through various dealership work areas (sometimes for extended periods)
• Individuals employed in this position must have excellent customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills; cultural sensitivity and demonstrates ability to work with diverse people groups
• Individuals employed in this position must be able to enter and exit vehicles to demonstrate features and options
• Individuals employed in this position must have a valid Driver’s license in good standing and possess acceptable safe driving record
• Individuals employed in this position must be able to drive standard/manual transmission
• Individuals employed in this position must have excellent time management skills
• Individual employed in this position must possess a positive attitude and commitment to adhere to and administer company policies, procedures and standards
