Shore Point Distributing Company, one of New Jersey’s largest and most respected beer distributors, is seeking a dedicated Night Warehouse Clerk to join our team full-time. Based in Freehold, we proudly distribute a wide selection of national, regional, and local craft beers to customers across Monmouth, Ocean, Middlesex, Somerset, Hunterdon, Warren, Burlington, and Mercer counties.

Position Overview

As a Night Warehouse Clerk, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and efficient loading of products onto delivery trucks and managing product movement within the warehouse. This position operates Sunday through Thursday, with shifts beginning at 7:00 PM. Please note: Mandatory overtime is required during peak business periods, and shifts may extend up to 12 hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify loaded items by checking identifying information, inspecting item conditions, confirming counts, and ensuring correct placement in truck bays.
• Report any issues related to company equipment (e.g., forklifts, trucks, pallet jacks) to the night manager.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory layers, including quantity and location issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by adhering to all safety procedures and company policies.
• Support team operations by contributing to shared goals and completing related tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong math, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a temperature-controlled warehouse and cooler environment.
• Physically capable of standing and walking for extended periods, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Professional demeanor and a strong sense of responsibility.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
